Perfect Camouflage

I nearly stepped on this female mantis in my front yard, so I picked her up to put her in a safer place and she wouldn't leave my hand, no matter where I tried to put her. So, I took her into the house and held her close to the Pothos plant and she climbed right off my hand onto the plant. I don't particularly like most insects, but I find the preying mantis facinating.
