Dear AW Friends,recently Dee had experienced a significant loss of vision in her right eye that is causing us great concern. She had an appointment with her eye specialist last Monday; and that resulted in her being instructed to go to the eye clinic for a special diagnostic test. The test confirmed that, due to Dee's diabetes, there was significant bleeding occurring inside her eye that was causing her field of vision to be obscured by thick black dots and black lines. The eye specialist, upon seeing what was going on inside her eye, made immediate arrangements at the clinic for him to stop the bleeding in Dee's eye with emergency laser treatment.
