The Koolvliet in Antwerp, the oldest rill, at the end of the 19th century. Those rills were harbour channels used by herring-fishers or as extra landing-stage for barges. The rill was filled up in 1877 and now it is a square with trees and view at the Scheld-hangars. Image size: 260 x 360 mm
