Ginger,I study plant & veg.life, this is a Coneflower of the Echinacea family which is a variety of a Daily, this is an Apricot Coloured coneflower,,,,they have a scent of Honey, very much attracted by them,as they have a lot of Pollen & Nectar. These are gorgeous, most are of colours of pinks & Purples,BEAUTIFUL.

Cheerful flowers. Yes, I think it is a cone flower, but mine were pink. The center is flexible only while flowers bloom, then becomes hard and prickly when seeds form. I would have to smash centers to get to seeds.
