Yes I've seen this Fungi last week on AW ,these we have out here in the CANADIAN ROCKY MOUNTAINS, PEOPLE COME OUT,FOR AN OUTING PICKING THESE BEAUTIES ,DELICIOUS IN TASTE .They grow out in the wooded treed areas in the millions,,,,they sprout everywhere ,,,just when you think you've picked them all in one area ,,,,you turn around & there are more again ,by the dozens,,They are so easy to spot & the pickers are very Knowledgable in Mushroom picking .These with the WHITE CAPS Are so easy to spot,as they pop up one after another.,yes they make wonderful meals,,,,,soak them in water first ,so they don't shrivel up,then butter in a fry pan ,then toss several handfuls of these mushrooms in,let them sizzle ,full of flavor,then at the end a Spash of Wine,,,this you do right out in the woods camping,I've tasted them & Marie,it brings back memories of these Beauties.,that cover the country side in a blanket of white,like snow at times you really have to watch where you are stepping.Wonderful Photos ,Wonderful memories too.
