Wave of Color, Art by Wanda Wray

Fluid art is an abstract impressionistic art form in which paints are made more fluid with different mediums, poured on a canvas, and then dispersed using gravity, compressed air, palette knives, or by hand. Because of the spontaneous nature of fluid art, each piece is unique and cannot be replicated. It is also known as the art of liquid painting, but by any name, it's as simple as captivating. Instead of working with brushes, colors are applied in a liquid state directly to the canvas, which allows us to embrace the power of movement fully. The result is not only impressive but, above all: quite unpredictable and fascinating.
