An optometrist told me once I had a lazy eye with the other always trying to compensate. The one that feels tired or irritated is usually the one that isn't lazy. Just an observation. This is a 6 by 4.5 inches gel pen with color pencil drawing on medium bond acid-free paper. Original Jones Art, still trying to see things as they are in northwest Austin, Texas.

i got one of those lazy eyes Charles, because i have a cataract in my left that can't be corrected because i have a history of the herpes simplex eye disease in the left eye in another words im going to lose the sight in my left eye .

Artist Reply: Sorry to hear that, Ray. Hope that doesn't occur for a long long time.

I haven't heard about "lazy eye" in years ... I remember a kid in my neighborhood had it and the doctor made him wear a patch over his good eye I guess to make the other one work more . Remember him looking like a pirate and one halloween he dressed up as one. No patch needed. Hope your eye feels better : )

Artist Reply: Well, that probably helps some, the patch I mean. But that's for young malleable tissue, etc. Anyway, it's just something you get accustomed to, Dave. Adapt or flop over, I always say. :)
