I've been so busy with the multiple 3D projects that I haven't been drawing much. My energy level isn't what it was so I must work on a priority basis nowadays. I will say that the almost ready one---well, give or take a day or two--is looking very promising. This is a 6 by 4.5 inches gel pen drawing with color pencil on medium bond acid-free paper. Original Jones Art still alive and stubborn in northwest Austin, Texas.

Good to take a break every now and then ... your 3d's require time and they're not to be rushed ... and almost at some point , your 3d will tell you when it's finished : )

Artist Reply: I think I need a big shot of vim and vigor in my posterior, Dave. Hopefully, I'll snap out of it soon. I AM hopeful of finishing at least one 3D piece in the next day or so. It takes roughly ten hours drying time after attaching the base to the piece for it to stand. And twenty-four hours for it to cure/dry completely. Hope all is good in Chicago. :)
