That's what everyone wants; something they can buy that brings everlasting joy and fulfillment. Of course, it's like that genie with three wishes who always comes back to bite. But that doesn't keep us from buying and buying, does it? This is a 6 by 4.5 inches gel pen with charcoal pencil drawing on medium bond acid-free paper. Original jones Art would let the cat out of the bag if he had a cat here in northwest Austin, Texas.

Yes, everlasting joy and young age, isn't it another kind of doom , because even those closest would start misunderstanding you more and more. Cool drawing, Charles!

Artist Reply: Time tempers us. Or it twists us. And maybe does a bit of both. The young man never knows what the old one will do next. Hope you are enjoying these early days of what purports to be a 'new' year, Nikolay. :)

Nice Charles, I do like the charcoal pencil effect, adds depth , etc. Do you used a spray sealer or fixative afterwards ? : )

Artist Reply: There appears to be some wax blended into the charcoal, Dave. Also I use it thin and sparingly, so I don't feel a great need for a fixative. Of course, these immediately go into a sheet protected binder, so not handled too much. That's a good thought though. :)
