One parent in a family usually takes on the chore of chronicler. My dad was usually the picture-taker when we went on trips. We'd all line up and try to look comfortable and happy. That was our chore. This is small, like the developed pics from those old Brownie Hawkeye box cameras. It measures 5 by 3 inches on medium weight acid-free paper. I used gel pen and color pencil, per usual. Original Jones Art, still posing (somewhat) in northwest Austin, Texas.

You captured that emotion spot on, Charles : ) There's a few of me in our family albums with the same look lol. Polaroid photos, a lot of black & whites, until color film came out . Hope you're enjoying the day , quite a beautiful day in the windy city

Artist Reply: Sort of a captured monotony look, I think. It was warmer today and sunny. I've started the 3D piece in earnest. Uh, well, I'm giving it the old college try. Cheers from the muggy city. :)
