Vigilant is an adjective that means keeping careful, close attention to notice any potential danger, trouble, or signs of a threat. I would imagine our level of vigilance has gone through many changes over the centuries. Early man had to stay hyper-vigilant just to stay alive, for instance. Social and political climates change somewhat like the weather. This is a 6 by 4.5 inches gel pen with gray Crayola drawing on medium bond acid-free paper.
