Vigilant is an adjective that means keeping careful, close attention to notice any potential danger, trouble, or signs of a threat. I would imagine our level of vigilance has gone through many changes over the centuries. Early man had to stay hyper-vigilant just to stay alive, for instance. Social and political climates change somewhat like the weather. This is a 6 by 4.5 inches gel pen with gray Crayola drawing on medium bond acid-free paper. Original Jones Art thinks it's always a good idea to pay attention to what is going on around him here in northwest Austin, Texas.

A blowup on the eyes, the mirror of his soul. Vigilance inwards? How's the week started?

Artist Reply: With sunny weather, Nikolay, after days of rain. This is not me complaining. We sorely needed the rain---everything did. But I have been able to work on my 3D stuff as sun is actually GOOD for it. :)

Yes sir.... and pulling back from the brink of insanity is a good idea too ... nice background and spot on sentiment , Charles : )

Artist Reply: I had a person walk right into me on the sidewalk other day due to preoccupation with the 'stupid rectangle' which is my description of 'smart phone.' Didn't say excuse me, didn't acknowledge I was any thing other than a tree. Anyway, I have serious misgivings regarding the future of humanity, Dave. Uh, I may have made that known here on AW. Hope your Sunday's been a good one.
