I received an invitation to a fancy restaurant a few days ago. You know the kind. It was a free meal and a talk about my retirement future. People as so nice, caring and altruistic, don't you think? Everything went into the trash posthaste except for the outer envelope. It had a nice weave with vertical lines. This is what I used today with this piece, hence its tongue-in-cheek title. I used gel pen and color pencil per usual. It measures 8.5 by 4.75 inches. Original Jones Art does what he can to recycle things here in northwest Austin, Texas.

Artist Reply: The paper took the colored pencil differently than my usual drawing paper, Dave. But I don't think it came out too badly. Yes, I used the whole length of the envelope this time. Hope you've had a good mid-week. :)
