My Portrait Tree

This is a neat old tree on my land that I will be using for alot of portraits I am sure. I am just moving up to the land...in my camper...and a couple of tents for the summer. It is 10 acres on the top of a mountain...awsome. I am so thrilled! Digital photo straight...and just for the fun of it I enhanced the 2nd one with good old EasyShare cartoon feature!

A beautiful shot.

Those mountains in the background are beautiful. The tree with all the shadows would make a nice painting.

Artist Reply: Thanks Penny! I think I will do just that! I need to start doing some local landscapes...then maybe I can seel some things around here...amybe make postcards out of them too! BTW...you are improving by leaps and bounds in your art! Are you still using the cigarette butt? I love it! Great tool!

ah patti Jo long time no see so hows it going and what a grand place to come and sit or even do some portraits looks very peaceful

Artist Reply: Hey...how's it going Stan? Yes it has been awhile...been busy with family issues and the studio. I am doing great and getting stronger by the day. How have you been? Yes...it is very peaceful and so quiet up there. You MIGHT have a car or two go by in a day. I sat there 4 hours this day and one van drove by one way and an hour or so came back the other way. That was IT!
