This is an oil painting I did for some friends with whom we cruised Mexico and the coast of Central America. They sent a photo of their Valiant 40 boat, "Baquiano", under sail in the Gulf of Panama. They're putting her up for sale and wanted a portrait of her to remember their days of the "carefree life" of being gypsies of the sea. 18x24 all rights reserved, copyright 2005
