A Jewish Shetl with musicians and people dancing in the street. These were poverty stricken Segregated Jewish settlements that in Russia feel victum to the Pograms and other places there was much discrimination. Yet for some these Shetls are nostalgic of a time when there was no threat of assimilation and you knew pretty much that your children and your grandchildren were all going to grow up Jewish, and it wasnt so difficult to "keep them from the Stranger's ways" as Rebbe Tevye sang to his daughters in Fiddler on the Roof. 2005-5765 SALE PENDING
