Reina de la Noche

This is the famous night-blooming cereus, also known as Queen of the Night. It blooms only one or two nights a year. It is pollinated by a moth that is attracted by its wonderful odor. I don't consider this photo a work of art because of the wires in the background, but I wanted to share the beauty of this flower with you anyway. © Pat Goltz Thank you for your comments. I greatly appreciate them!
