King inspects Nuclear Plant as core melts down(c) 1985 elton houck

King inspects Nuclear Plant as Core Melts Down(c) 1985 Elton Houck.... 5" x 6" pin and ink on Bristol. This was during the Cold War stigma and everyone had mental pictures of seeing their own skelton through their skin in the flash of an atomic detonation, and of course witnessing this just before they themselves (skeleton, skin and organs) became sub-atomic dust particles flaming in the nuclear firestorm...CHEERZ!

Interesting image from a subconscious - I think that nuclear energy is like a knife that could be used to make surgeries to saves lives or as a weapon to kill.
