Created on 2 different sign generators the main one of the Billboard on FLICKRSTOYS. After that the picture went through various treatments on a Photo Suite which included inserting the original M logo. The comic touch here is that McDonalds would soon find themselves in a lawsuit with Whiskas if THIS had got out!!
