The Sun has always been so interesting to me. Our earth is dependant on it for life. Yet you may not look directly at it, it's light is so intense. You can feel it, miss the touch of it, see it, hear it sizzle the ground. You can even smell the heat and taste it in the air. Occasionally, to get some attention, the sun has bursts of solar flares on it's surface. These interfer with our communications, so far away from the source. The sun is amazing, and to be held in awe. A Star such as it is, and so depended we are of it. This manipulated image started out as a cactus flower blossom.
