Banded Coral Shrimp

The Banded Coral Shrimp usually can be seen hiding at the mouth small ledges and recesses among the reef. Generally they perch upside down and flick their antennae to advertise their cleaning service. This picture was taken on a rubble pile, on the sand reef interface 125 yards from shore at a depth of 15 feet in south east Florida. It was taken with a Nikon D70 in a Subal ND70 housing, 60mm Nikon Macro lens, with a + 4 diopter closeup lens attached, and Sea&Sea YS120 Strobe.
