© 2006 Armando Salas. --- As promised, new bbq :-))) This time, sardines (no cholesterol:-), dutch beer and Spanish "siesta" with kitty.---Upper image: Sardines... Yuum...! I only like sardines when I cook them; I'm an artist...:-))). Bottom image: In progress. Framed: Spanish "siesta" with Morenita's baby. He still doesn't eat solid food but in the future... he'll be a serious rival, I'm sure...:-)))

Artist Reply: Really not fried, Loredana. I only add salt and put them on a grill to roast. The most difficult thing is to calcule the time. It depends from the amount of hot coal, size of sardines... etc. But I'm really an expert, AN ARTIST :-))) And still sardines haven't grease enough; this means: sardines could result carbonized!:-))) It's suitable to watch them while cooking. The best time (grease enough): from June 15 to August 15. I'm really an expert, ha??? :-)))
