mot that bad you can see it's van but i would go with some more details or shades like the hare for example but its still a good start ^^

Its not bad. Overall your proportions look good. What I think you should do (this is all ment to be constructive critisim) for this image in particular the eye seems a bit square to me and the chin is too pointy. ^-^ You also might want to put in a few more shadows, but overall its not bad. just needs to be refined. My biggest suggestion to you would be to get a WHOLE bunch of pictures (I can send you some for Vision of Esca Flowne and probably any other anime if you want) and copy from them. Dont trace because that wont get you anywhere but practice drawing from the images to get down how the original artist drew their characters. Esca Flowne characters for example have really long pointy noses. Good job and keep practicing!
