This shot was taken from the 35th floor of the Westin Bonaventure Hotel, in the Buenavista lounge, which, rotates a full 360 degrees, over the course of one hour. You can see all of Downtown L.A. during one full rotation of the floor. I would recommend anybody visiting or living in Los Angeles to spend an hour on the 35th floor, in the Hotel, taking in the beautiful views, especially at night. The hotel has so much more to offer, more of those photos to follow!
