Artist Reply: Thanks a bunch Emily! I've not had any luck yet in discovering just what species this is and where it may have come from, but I do suspect the birds were involved in its arrival. ;)

Artist Reply: Thanks Loredana! I just love this little flower. It's only about 1/4", the size of a small pebble. The purple blooms turn to lovely deep red berries.
