This image was inspired by a young lady I have seen many times at the beach on a lake near my house. She is always on the same spot and almost always with the same posture during all the summer months so it was not difficult to paint an image of her. Also, having visited the House of Van Gogh, which is a few kilometers from me at least 10 times, I could but be inspired to create a style which is similar but uniqe to me, and also different from what I have done so far I hope I hope done a reasoable job
