This is my favorite West Point concert picture. It is a drawing from a photograph taken by Fairfield2002.
Norfolk, VA still to come. Oops! Already did it!
Artist Reply: Hello, Jennifer!! Thanks for all your kind words! I have to say that this one just kind of flowed out of my hand to the paper. It's strange how that happens sometimes. I wish they all did.
This is my favorite of all the Clay art! This one has soul and deep feeling!
Artist Reply: Lisa, perhaps what you described about this picture, is why I wanted, so much to draw it. I thank you for commenting, and I'm glad I was able to help others feel what I felt, viewing the photo that I did this work from!
Girl...you have done another one I can feel. It's beautiful. And everyone below has used all the pretty words in praise of your work. So I will just say Thank You, for sharing.
Artist Reply: Rohdy, there's a very simple explanation for why your "feel" it. Thanks for all the things you say when you really love one of these. I appreciate it very much!!
Great portrait of clay!!!Stunning compostion, lighting and shadows which Create an Outstanding work of ART!!!You have sooooooooooo many Great portraits of Clay!!!:)
Artist Reply: Thank you, Dee! And I have enjoyed doing them! When he asked fans on his fan club website, to draw some pictures, I guess I took the thought and ran with it! Don't know how long, though. But, of course, there are other things to draw!!!
WOW, Carliss. Look how the highlights of his eyelashes show up against that background! His jacket would have NO stripes if I'd have done this, nobody wears prints in MY drawings!! Your ability to portray values and shadows is MASTERFUL. Excellent rendering, Carliss!
Artist Reply: LOL! You know how to make me laugh, that's for sure! You make up for all of that with all the other detailed work you know how to do. Besides, I think you're probaby just impatient! Aitn't it? Thanks very much!!!
Artist Reply: Loredana, thanks so much for coming back to comment again! I didn't realize the other one had uploaded, and they were not the correct two, anyway!
