This is yet another painting of my niece Jessica whom I've painted since she was seven. I've always wanted to paint someone as they change and grow through the years...sort of a chronology I guess. She just happens to be in the right place at the right time. She's very good at striking "dreamy" poses. Just the simple gesture with her finger and the attitude of her pose made this painting.
