The intricacy in this caught my eye. I wonder for hand-painted what kind of ink did you use that would stay infused into the threads without bleeding through or into the other colors (or does bleeding enhance the effect), and will it eventually fade away in time from handling. I suppose silk has to be stretched like a canvas before applying the design and colors.
