walk-in logs

String was used to represent a stack of logs then overpainted 80x160cms - acrylic on cotton - framed with chunky painted wooden frame

Very unique & intriguing... Love the title too much... wanna know more about... Artwork is awesome & simple... can say its great cous its compleat finished, well composed.... Artist Reply: Thanks Greg. This work was inspired by the fact that I was stuck behind a logging lorry in my car one day. I found myself mesmorised by the logs and all their details. I also imagined being able to walk into the logs. I probably should have been concentrating on driving! You have an interesting portfolio. Regards. Cathy

Cathy. Your work is original and very interesting. This one also reminded me of time because of the different cuts on the top of the logs,. I really like it!

This makes a very unusual and colorful abstract piece, Cathy. Reminds me of marbles on one level and Pac-Man on another. The color combination is delicious.
