Breakfast At The Inn At Cedar Falls

Done with Staedtler "Triplus" Ball Point Pens, this scene I captured from a stay with my wife at the Inn At Cedar Falls in Logan, Ohio. The image size is 10" x 8". It took just over 17 hours to complete this one. Prints are available from my website.

Brilliant contrast, line work, details and artwork Vincent!

Artist Reply: Jerry, thanks very much. I value your comments highly with all the wonderful work you have produced in the Ball Point Pen medium. The dramatic lighting in this image was one of the reasons I wanted to do the drawing. I am glad you like it.

Incredibly beautiful pen and ink drawing. So much talent you have, Vincent!

Artist Reply: Anneke, thank you for your kind comments about my work. I really loved doing this one especially. This was the first Still Life drawing I had ever attempted and I am sure it wont be the last. Keep On Creating.

Very nice. Your work is superb. Wish I had the patience to sit and draw like that!

Artist Reply: Heather, thank you for taking the time to view my work and for your kind comments. I work full-time for FedEx Express so I need something that lets me stop and take my time and relax. Draiwng with my Ball Point Pens does just that. 17 hours is a short time compared to some of my larger drawings. Keep On Creating.
