this is an old piece. i was just learning how to use colored pencil. i like the texture contrast between the subject,(+ dragon,background) and his immediate surroundings. plus i just like the guy. look him over closely.

Artist Reply: thanks again. i am some bit color-blind but i find that people seem to like my soft, bright colors, and so i present what i see,in that respect!
