These are my sons Jay (on the left) and his younger brother Danny. Jay was just hired by Georges' Restaurant, here in Wayne, PA. He's training as a saucier under the master saucier himself, Georges Perrier, who owns the restaurant. Danny has already been working there for over two years. He's the bar manager. I took this photo of them a couple of Christmases ago in their "whites". Cute kids aren't they? They're wonderful sons. I'm very blessed and am so proud of them.
