this is very small compared to the sizes I'm used to working on. it is the second attempt at working with oils and I learned alot from this one. I use photo's that I take as a reference for a painting when I can't be outside painting. This time I left elements out of my painting relying more on my eye and imagination than on a picture of a real place. I'm pleased with the result. This was a gift to my Uncle in Massachusetts.
