Don't be fooled by this gorgeous deep blue sky - it was -35°c! River didn't mind - she and she alone made herself "known" by leaving "tracks", sometimes "whole body tracks" as the snow was so deep! :) The tracks you see on the photo are River's. :) :) :) And I "floated" on top with my snowshoes - sometimes I had to "sink down" a little bit, but a fractions of the "hardship" River encountered! :)
