Hi Sharon, I have seen this dam many times but only when the water level was near the high water marks. BILL

This is the more unusual view of the dam. It looks like the engineer's perspective. It's an amazing structure by an standards. The contrast between the arid landscape and the mass of water is great.

The second photo is phenomenal. it reminds me of the Tumulus castle angles. I truly enjoyed watching the wind create patterns and sequential waves upon the face of the waters* I appreciate your eyesight "Rose of Sharon". H Josephson Rios

What a grand capture of this grand place. I have seen it in pictures but not sure if in person. I think I did once as a little girl not sure. My brother travels everywere and he takes alot of photo's so I may have seen it there in a photo. I traveled across the country as a little girl with my father who was in the air force. At times I felt I was in the air force. This is such a grand capture of this place so clear and crisp nice work
