Wonderful and vibrant portrait with beautiful symbolism (although undeciphered to me)! Your brushwork reminds me, somewhat, of the German turn-of-the-century-Expressionist Paula Modersohn-Becker, although your material forms are painted more delicately than her "edgy" Expressionism. Also: I do like that birdie (the one in the lower right) with a lazy expression...Is it a dodo, by the way? Anyhow; great artwork and execution!
