Long time no see! I’m back with another pastel entitled “What else?” (for those of you who do not see the connection, let’s just say that this could be a private joke for Mr George Clooney! LOL) Kidding apart… Having a drink together is the ideal occasion for friends to meet and talk about the weather or more serious personal topics. This is the reason why this cup of coffee is in my eyes a symbol for conviviality and friendliness. I dedicate this painting to all the fabulous inspiring artists (painters and photographers) I’ve met through the AW community. Softies on Pastel Card measuring 19 x 19 cm.

It just that I happen to have the same cup & plate... Fifth.. the background has the taste of choclate... WONDERFUL WORK, My dear friend.

I'm also pleased that you've pointed out the chocolate-like background. In France, coffee is often served with a piece of dark chocolate. Both taste very well together.
