© 2010 Armando Salas.---------------------------I must recognize that AW has a kind of magnetism in spite of all defects. It is a very friendly site. I have in advance drawn one hundred comic pages that will be published during the current year and this means I'll have time available for other activities. BTW four weeks ago I had a surgery in my left eye. I had a cyst (=lipoma; it can be seen on my photos taken in Paris) but it became large (giant really) lately. Time to CUT :-) BTW after an hour since the doctor began to cut, the anesthetic didn't work and this means he sewed the wound "as is". I truly enjoyed the needle running inside my flesh :-) LOL! Maybe I'll draw a cartoon about it! :-) . ---------During the last year I also developed -and still- an intense political activity through my editorial daily strips because our Government and Prime Minister are leading our country into abyss. They woke up the perpetual fighter inside me and my opinion shakes them every day. Mi work, during the last year, was successful and it appears as "most commented" every day. Of course, I got a lot of enemies. ---------- Since three charming ladies, Beatrix Jahn, Minerva Bloom and Olga Van Dijk (alphabetical order :-) asked for it, I come back although not on a daily basis because AW is a very demanding site.----------- I wasn't an active member the time our dear Reba McDonald passed away but today I come back bringing my tribute to her memory: for me, it's a must. To honor your memory, dear lady and supportive friend, this image and my love are for you.
