Maravillosas sardinas,Armando.

They make me think of the 'peixeiras' Challenge.:) It's a beautiful photo, at first I thought it was a painting with all these wonderful colours and textures.

Artist Reply: Best time to eat them: from June 15 to August 15, the time when sardines are full of natural oil (no choresterol:-). Perhaps I could take some oil for paintings. Can you imagine: Peixeiras having taste of peixe (fish)?:-))))))))))))))

A MAGNIFICENT photo ! Very clear with such a great colors ! Have you try the Icelandic BACALHAU Armando ?

Artist Reply: Thank you, Sigga. Yes, I know Icelandic "bacalhau": it's "boccato di Cardinale"!!!:-) I also remember those wonderful herrings from my childhood. My mother used to buy Icelandic herrings. Wow, what a SIN!!!:-) I remember them inside a rounded box made of wood (in Spanish "Tabal"). Although I adore herrings don't eat them because of blood pressure. Of course I'm not ill but prefer take care in this subject. Have a wonderful weekend, my friend. I'm sure you'll manage your time to take new spectacular shots.
