"Conflicted Development", acrylic on coffin-shaped skateboard. This piece was created for entry into a show sponsored by Fangoria magazine. Look forward to feedback from viewers, as I'm interested in what people interpret my work as. I've realized that rather then sharing my own thoughts initially and trying to "beat people over the head" with solid bold imagery, subtle details and visual manipulation allows for a broader range of interpretation from the audience. This variety of viewpoints I think stands as a very strong reminder of how different each of us thinks and perceives the world around us.
