I am familiar with this useful tool... used it a lot when helping build a house addition, and also when my Dad built a chicken house- not to specifications! I went out with a wrecking bar and tore it down over lunchtime! I use one of these in the studio too!

used this a lot,we put in our pool ourselves, hard work,but the pool was worth it.
