Sloe Berries

There's no shortage of these this year in the UK, I've seen 1000s of them! With the autumn creeping in, leaves are getting colourful!

Artist Reply: Thanks for all your comments! :) Sloe Berries are edible, but extremely bitter. They are generally used to make Sloe Berry Gin, where they're mixed with gin to add an interesting flavour. They're also used sometimes to make jams or jelly for meat. There are so many trees near where i live and they'll all go to waste! I've been more interested in picking lots of damsons and raspberries this year :)
