This painting was inspired by a photo someone sent me years ago. The image of the tree blooming against the lava and ashes with the raging sea crashing below spoke to me. Sometimes in life we can feel like everything conspires against us and there’s no hope… but if we hold on, and plant our roots deeply, we can not only survive, but thrive!!!
