The golden glow of nostalgia to me is the sheen on Vinyl. When I stream an old song, I remember precisely where the scratch on my record was on that same song as I played it on my Garrard turntable. Double, triple Gatefold album packaging had liner notes replete with booklets and posters. Unfortunately, the impermanence of Vinyl was short-lived due to warping and paint from my fingerprints embedded on the surface. The impermanence of youth is short-lived as well; wishing I was sprawled on the floor with these nubile ladies listening to the debut album of Santana!

Remarkable detailed artwork Peter. I can personally identify with your artwork here. You know the interest in buying record albums and record players is coming back- and young people are leading the way. I am of the Baby Boom generation, and I still have my old record player of 35 years, and numerous record albums and 45 RPM records of music from the 1960s, 1970s, 1980s- that I still enjoy listening to. :)
