An exotic fairy and her peacock familiar take a dip in the fountain for a little nightly baptism. Enjoy this gothic duo and their delicious dreams!
This is the fourth painting that I've done that references peacocks! The myth that a peacock is so full of empathy and compassion that they die at the passing of their mate, not to mention their haunting cries, has always made me think of them as grieving creatures. I always come back to the peacock for my art whose "100 eyes" are thought to represent the stars, the moon, the universe, and the vault to Heaven!

hey mis T. your stuff is off the hook. butt you know that doncha. Can you do an alien for us with the same wide eyes? It think it would be marvy and the acceptance barometer will soar. You may even sell 4 or 5000 prints on the internet. And that cant be a bad thang. ;)
