Painted from an idea in a book, one already painted and I just did my own version. Large Painting 24 x 30" Lot's to look at with the Whale, Menahune, Turtle and such.

If I painted it to exact specs and named it the same as the original Artist, then you would be right. But I did not. This my own version of the painting and if you had the original to judge it by , you would see that. Not the same.Anonymous Guest 22 Jul 2012
What you are offering is a copyright violation. You may paint a copy of another artist's work for the purposes of self-education, but when you offer it for sale, you have crossed the line. You are breaking the law.William J Murray 11 Jul 2012
