The project is located in Licang District, Qingdao. The site is between east Dragon Hill and west Tiger hillside with villages on the plain, a reservoir and park in the center. It’s a mixed use large-scale planning, including high-end residential, resettlement housing, affordable housing, urban central commercial, educational and supporting facilities. The design concept is Green + Modern City, based on the hillside scenery, inherited from original village texture left from history, we considered the hills and water as the soul of the community landscape elements, and created a relaxed and elegant lifestyle integrated with the natural topography and environment. The residential designs include modern, Mediterranean, English and French styles, as Qingdao’s climate is similar to some degree with the Oceanic and Mediterranean climates in England and France. Among them, the garden house design is a combination of modern techniques and Mediterranean style. This rendering adopted realistic style digital and fully demonstrated the neat, warm, and elegant characters of the unique combined classical architecture. The project is under construction.
