Every piece of artwork that we artists create, is just a flat image or Illusion; even as Magritte said of his painting of a pipe; "This is not a pipe, it is just a flat image or illusion of a pipe, but it is not a pipe" a magic trick captured on canvas or on paper or any other media that we choose to use, to create our grand Illusions on. Therefore, artists are master magicians; the greatest magicians of all. The more real that our images appear, the greater our magic tricks are. We artists are magicians with paint brushes for our magic wands.
