A watercolour of Norman Wisdom painted 2 years ago before his sad death I saw him on Film, the stage and on TV. He was so talented singer, he could play any musician instrument about 20, I saw him play them and hear it too, on many a stage show. Ever the comedian joked almost to the end and was genuinely humbled by his fame, always talked about his poor up bringing and life. I was so full of pride for him when He was made Sir Norman and along with the rest of the United Kingdom and I hope like everyone we wished him his long life 95 always the showman Norman. I hope He would like my painting of him and I think the black and white would match his rich and wonderful career of when He was a great British star. Again done on large A3 canvass board with grey tone colours try for the look of sadness of an ageing great star
